You know this is
the 49th Annual gathering, we want to really keep the tradition
going. This year we are putting together a Friday Night Mixer at The
South Terrace Center, directions to get to the mixer is attached to
this letter, the theme is “The 70s”, which means everyone should
wear their 70s style clothes. There will also be a “Soul Train Line
and both will be judged, the winner will get a prize, there will
also be snacks, so let’s get up and get down!
We are ordering tee shirts, the colors are purple and gold, the cost
is still $10.00 even though the cost of every thing has gone up so
much. If you would please send me your size along with the cost for
your tees and the registration fee I won’t have to over order on the
shirts plus the moneys will help with some of the expenses.
The registration fees are $15.00 for singles and $25.00 for each
family household. The picnic will be at the Hewitt Park, (801 Hewitt
Drive) again, they charge by the hour and we have the park from 9 am
to 5pm so please be timely so that we can get everything we want to
do with in that time. Some have expressed an interest in the soft
ball game, so if you want the game to come back please bring your
gear. Be sure to bring something for the door prizes and your
favorite foods and deserts.
Let us get to really know our family, spread out and mingle, have
fun and be safe.

the So. Waco Community Center from 6pm until midnight. The theme is
"The '70's, Soul Train'. So everyone wear their '70's style cloths.
There will be a prize for the best dressed and the best soul train...
dancer.
There will be tee shirts, so if you would send me your size and the
number of shirts (ASAP). You can pay for them at the mixer or at the
park. The Hewitt Park will be the location, The park fees have gone
up like everything else, the registration fees are $15.00 for
singles and $25.00 for family. We have the park for 8 hours, from
9am to 5pm, so let's be on time so that we can do everything we have
planned. We do want to get our softball game going again so bring
your equipment. Also bring something for the raffle and your special
dish.
